We are very pleased to be able to offer a fantastic position for one of the most productive and leading automotive companies in the the South. Our client operates from a number of sites covering Hertfordshire, Kent and Hants and they are looking for a dynamic experienced Group Service Manager to standardise and constantl;y improve their service functionality.
You will have experience worjking within a similar role for a multi franchise dealer group - preferably with fast fit or equivalent. Have an excellent record and tangible evidence of service improvement under your control. Some of the key areas are:
- CSI
- Man management
- Retail Hours
- First time fix
- Ramp Hours
